The walk started at Stranmillis, south Belfast at around 9:30am where everyone set out at their own pace or in groups for a few hour's walk along the beautiful Lagan Tow Path on a perfect autumnal morning.

After 10 miles (and many aching bones later) almost all participants reached the end at Lisburn Civic Centre, where they were greeted with refreshments, certificates and a much needed rest.
